    Autoloader opens, Phone reboots, autoloader says writing ramdisk image, then says signature verification, Phones green led comes on, autoloader closes, phone reboots back to 10.3. Any suggestions?

    Phone is a STL100-3
    Current OS: 10.3.3.2137
    Autoloader: Autoload-STL100-3-10.2.1.1927.exe

    You can't go back to 10.2, you threw it into a boot loop by trying to do so. It's effectively 'downgrade protection'. Reload 10.3.3.

    By any chance, you're not trying to bypass the BBID, are you?

    Nope the phone has been reset and deleted from my BBID account. Blackberry Protect was also turned off before reset.

    No. You can't downgrade.

    You can only downgrade from a newer 10.3.3.xxxx to an earlier 10.3.3.xxxx, but not 10.3.2.xxxx. And if you're on 10.3.2.xxxx, you can't downgrade to a 10.3.1.xxxx.

    And, forget trying to go back to 10.2.anything. It ain't happening.

    So you can't circumvent anti-theft by reverting to an older OS that didn't have it.

    The Duktu app is awesome! Install it on both devices. Make sure the devices are on the same WiFi network. You shouldn't have any issues.
