    How do i open blackberry doc or xls on my computer using Microsoft word or Microsoft excel. I have sent an email so I can download the file but I can't open the file as it is unsupported. Is there a way?

    Should be no problem at all. What type of message/ error do you get?

    Try openoffice. It will work anyway.
