It's not a miracle fix. If you clear your cache on Nougat, you should be fine. If it doesn't fix it, you have a corrupt OS, and you should perform a factory reset.

don't know if this help.. I have sent a feedback thru the support app and this is a reply I got from bb mobile as per screenshots. not sure if the number they asked to dial is for every keyone.. you guys can give it a try.
