For the past year or so I've been alternating between my Windows 10 phone and the Passport. My carrier is ATT but unlocked phones. Today out of the blue I checked for updates and to my surprise the Passport is downloading 10.3.3.2137. I had checked numerous times since 10.3.3 has been available and received the message of no updates available. The only thing I could think of is being at the ATT store and questioned about the BlackBerry service charge on my account since I originally had an ATT branded black addition. And at the current time was using the Windows 10 phone. The rep changed the IME showing from the BlackBerry phone and added the Windows phone. So now I wonder if something with ATT had been blocking me from getting the update. I had tried with and without the SIM card but never showed an update.

I dint get it yet. I'm still on 10.3.2 passport white. Is it only for SE? Or there's a way to update to 10.3.3?

Some people are lucky. BlackBerry released 10.3.3 a while ago, but unfortunately many carriers have not provided it or if they did, it would seem that not all devices got it.

In my case, my OG Passport was bought through Telcel (Mexico). I never got OTA updates and decided using autoloaders, so by the time they released 10.3.2, for example, I already had 10.3.3.
