Yes sir, I can't say how private but it's supposively more private than Google. Try it out. I've always liked using it when I tested it, it's a mainstay search engine for me now.

I rediscovered Alpha Browser recently and find it to be quite good. It's only available if you happened to purchase it in the past however, unfortunately.
