Not when BBMo wants to keep the carriers happy... This was learned by the carriers and enforced by the carriers with the big Android OEMs for several years now.... Factory unlocked benefits have become things of myth and legend increasingly each passing year if device is offered both ways.

I just got Oreo as well, and am really bothered by the transparency of the Quick Settings menu. Does anyone know if there's a way around it?

Please this is to those who have downloaded and installed it. My question is does it take this long? Have been downloading now for close to 3 hours and it's still at 0.2/1.3GB and 18%.? This download is been down over wifi.
