Anyone else experiencing trouble with yahoo? It says my password is wrong or something but it is correct and somehow it is not connecting to the server.

sounds like Yahoo servers were updated and that the BB10 email client it not compatible. I assume you deleted and tired to readd the account? This is expected to happen to many services since bb10 is a dead OS at this point.

Hello, thanks for helping. I already did delete and readd my Yahoo but it's still not working, it's says like: your email and contact can't be added now, try again later,... But it still adds my yahoo calendar.
    Any new suggestions?

Similar to AOL couple weeks ago? The solution was to delete the account, then re-add the account using POP settings instead of IMAP. Good luck!!!!

Try filling out this contact form and contact Yahoo for assistance.

Perhaps some internal changes occurred and that BlackBerry 10 won't be supported. It could be an issue for something else and they aren't aware of it.

    Good luck!

    Update:

Got an email from yahoo that says they prevented a log-in from a less secure app.

To bypass this, they provide a link that says:

If you still want to use an app that uses less secure sign in, go to:

https://login.yahoo.com/account/security#other-apps and turn on "Allow apps that use less secure sign in"

Wow, that’s interesting. BB10 is now considered less secure. While this announcement will not break the internet, could it break the CB Forums?

Yahoo has moved to OAUTH for email access, so apps that can't be updated to work (like, say, if they're handcuffed to a burnt out wreck of a platform) have to use the "less secure" compatibility method.

I'm having exactly the same problem I use Yahoo through Sky.com I had this issue around 3 weeks ago it kept saying cannot connect and try later bizarrely how I fixed it was to go into my Sky.com account on my computer and changed my password then when I tried this password on the phone (passport) it worked!!

I haven't tried this as yet following yesterday's outage just a bit fed up with this OS, my accounts work perfect on a Keyone so to me I think it's a OS issue and not the server!

I guess this was kind of expected, since AOL and Yahoo! are now the same company (Oath).

Since OS10 is not yet EOL, BlackBerry should address that.
By the way, I changed the password and it's a NO for me still.

By the way only IMAP is blocked.
POP works fine but you don't have sync with it.

Then it's EOL now and not at the end of 2019 as they falsely claim.
Nevertheless, no worries, we are moving on (or should I say away?)
