You don't need one on BB10. Every once in a while just do a hard reboot (hold power key down until you see a red led flash then release power key).

Cache cleaners on Classic (BB10) are not required at all due to the awesome, yet dinosaured, BB10 OS. Like brookie229 says, just do a hard reset and all will be well.

What exaclty is a hard reboot? Does it reloads the os to factory settings, or does it just cleans the temporary stuff out of it and leaves my settings and personal data alone?

Leaves everything exactly like you left it, just clears up some background noise and nonsense that may have built up during use. Harmless.

You don't need any app to clean cache.
If you feel any sort of lags, reboot it.

Yea, they dont need need one. Browser settings are almost all you need. Can check "about:cache" to see your cache and whether or not you want to clear it.
also "transfers://" just as a URL. Can clear that history.
