    Hello everybody. Any thoughts on how to decrypt REM images that i transferred on my Pc years ago? Note that i dont have any more the Blackberry Bold 9780 to decrypt the REM files. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

    Depends on what has been encrypted but for photos, generally, you can just change the extension. eg: photo.jpg.rem becomes photo.jpg and it'll be vieweable. However, that doesn't work on all files. It depends on how they were encrypted.. - https://support.blackberry.com/kb/ar...mber=000012999

    If it was anything more than device password you're likely not getting them back unless you're willing to buy some Elcomsoft software and even then, it's not guar. to be able to recover.
