    Hi..Last time I bought an used blackberry 9700 on ebay. I tried to go into the internet but it doesn't works. Something on the picture is keep appearing on the screen.
    I checked the wifi but it still doesn't works. What should I do?(it is tmobile)

    Do you have a BIS plan from your carrier? Generic data plans won't work. You'll need the BlackBerry specific data plan.
