    Known issue...

    Can try doing some searches, there are a few different possible fixes.

    Usually uninstalling and reinstalling and disabling and virus/malware utilities is the first thing to try. Also some itunes issues if you have that installed (do a search).

    Device charging from USB but no Autoloader working no link working Pc says device not recognized

    do it by windows 7
    install blackberry link
    plug it with original usb cable
    do it without device screen password
