    should the app have upgraded to show it is face pro, if i try and download the actual face pro it charges me again. Also do i need messenger pro rather than just messenger to be able to get notification in the hub?

    Try deleting the free face 10 app, reboot phone and then go to BlackBerry World and download the paid version.

    HI, BerryRipe, thanks for the reply , i have tried this but now it wants me to pruchase the app again so i cant redownload it. Do you know a way round this ?

    Email the developer, I'm sure he has a way to override it to the pro version.

    I have got it sorted now thanks, it is running face pro but its showing face 10 app.

    The actual name of the App will still say face 10, but the pro features should be unlocked
