    Broke the glass on my 8 yr old 9810. Can't seem to give it up. Purchased a new 9810 and would appreciate any feedback on most simple method for transferring existing emails, texts, pics, contacts, etc. from old to new. Thank you in advance for your help.

    I concur. Download BB manager to a PC, make backup of the old 9810, restore info onto the new 9810.

    Sync the data to CLOUD account in the storage, and you can sign in the account to your phone to sync the data. Or find the mobile transfer tool like Samsung smart switch to help you transfer data between two phones.
