I have a problem, every time I make a phone call I can hear the person but they can't hear me. This only happens during a normal call but if I use FB or Whatsapp it works perfectly fine. Can anyone help me out?

Well, you've figured out it's not the microphone then, because it works with other apps.

So it's only when making a call using your mobile network.

Might want to try to just do a hard reset, and failing that, a factory reset, or autoloading a new OS.

If both of those fail, it's time to go to your carrier, since it sounds like it might be a network issue.
