You "should" be able to deactivate DND in Settings.
Reboot your device and you should be good to go.

Dude, you gotta share more info in order for us to help.
- have you cycled through the volume settings by continuously pressing the volume rockers down? If you keep pressing volume down, you will get to a alarms only notifications. It should give you an "end now" option.
- have you checked your rules in settings-notifications-dnd?
