He told the Q10 ist new. So perhaps the system has to settle the battery .

But I also have some problems with battery life. It last only half a Day. And it is a new one.

Any Android apps or ports? They can kill your battery in hours since some don't close properly.

Found out. Don't use other chargers. The default charger will be good enough. And also do not plug in while there's low voltage or power surge.

Please go and check Device Connections under Setting.
If "Allow Connection" is enabled, disable the "Use mobile network" and even disable "Allow Connection" as well.
    Your battery drain will stopped.
I just discovered this a few days ago.

    I can see some improvements.
From the device monitor I found that the system consumed 3/4 of battery power. What can be the problem with system?

Another thing is to disable the application which is working when it is minimized.
So disable them not to run when minimized.

Unless this 75% drain is over a very long period (2 days or more), there is some background process hogging resources. Hard reboot Thold both volume keys until phone reboots) may fix it, if not, you will most likely have to reload the OS. Could also possibly be to do with your SD card, if you have one installed?

Sounds like a rogue Android app. They are grouped into system I believe and don't show up as individual apps in device monitor. You may want to download Ghost Commander and force stop your Android apps.

Try to press volume up and down keys togehter until the BlackBerry resets. I had a similar issue where Spotify and Fongo (2 great apps) were eating one third of my battery toghter).

Once I deleted them, refreshed the BlackBerry by pressing volume up and down and reinstalled the apps, the problem is solved. The battery is normal and these apps take up 1 % of battery or less now each.
