I was able to download the blackberry blend no problem but when i try to install the app it asks me do i trust this website where i downloaded this app and i click on yes thinking its gonna open the app but nothing happens. Why?

I don't recall if there's a version of Blend for the Mac. But the message you are getting sounds more like a warning from your Mac software. Where did you download it from? And just to be sure, Blend only works with BB10 devices, is no longer supported by Blackberry (official end of life was a while ago) and has limitations. I still love it and run it with an old Z30 on my Windows computer.
