    What does this mean and how can I turn it on? It's all greyed out so I don't know how to change it.

    Do you have a corporate email account or is this a corporate device - any reason it would have an Admin?


    Have you tried rebooting? Can you access your Google drive from a PC or another devices?

    Its my personal phone. All I did was transfer everything from my PRIV to my keyone. I have access to everything and I don't see any other users or Admins or whatever. Backup is turned on but google drive thing is greyed out and says disabled by admin.

    It's an Android N thing, not a BlackBerry-Android specific bug. And, according to a member here, it may already be on the way to being addrtessed. https://forums.androidcentral.com/sh...=1#post5928411

    FTR, I have the same message, but the backups appear to still be happening properly despite that message.

    Just to be sure, you should go to your Google Drive > Backups and ensure that you see a backup from within the last 24 hours.
