    I am attempting to delete some pictures on my phone and the delete is failing. I'm not sure if my files are encrypted or what, but it seems as if my SD card is locked. Any help?

    Sometimes when cards fail they end up in a read only mode.
    Are you able to create new files?

    backup your all files than you format it by your blackberry.
