    Firstly, I cant update OS, Mine is 10.3.2 but the lastest version is 10.3.3 When i checked the Update in Setting, it always talk my OS is the lastest. Anyone have another way to download it?
    Secondly, when i opened some hame like Toram Online or Zenonia AS... then in the 3 sec after that the game automaticcally exits. But in 3 months ago, i can play it normaly

    My model number is STL100-1 and my OS version is 10.3.2.2876
    My phone isn't carrrier locked, if it has, how can I know it?

    Someone else should confirm, but I don't think that 10.3.3 is available for your version of the Z10.

    As for it being locked to a carrier, I'm not sure how to tell, except that, if you bought it from a carrie in NA, it's probably locked to that carrier.

    You can put 10.3.3.xxxx on it using an autoloader. Search here https://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-l...links-1098162/ for the latest build 10.3.3.2205 and for instructions. As said above, the z10 STL100-1 model cannot be updated but ALL other z10 models can be updated.
