    Please help,in my balckberry z10 the person who is calling me can't hear my voice(my phone is on mute).i have to unmute it every time i got a call or make a call.where is the settings to change that and make it on unmute already.????

    Things to try....

    Rebooting Phone
    Cleaning the Headphone Jack (if damaged or dirty it might indicates to the OS that headphones are in, which mutes the regular mic)
    Reloading the OS with an Autoloader

    Same problem with my Z10. Other people hear me very bad. My test with BBVE sends no error.
