Hi all,

Does anyone use the PB for remote desktop access? I started using Splashtop again; mostly it's okay, but video streaming is a bit choppy, even on a solid connection. Saw some old threads about Teamviewer being better, but haven't tried it out yet.

Can anyone recommend a decent option, or IS there one any more?

Splashtop was the one I had the most success with... but that wasn't saying much.

Really think the PlayBook has a Wi-Fi issue as I had problems doing Remote Desktop or Streaming.... might work fine for a while and then drop connection. Had this with two PlayBooks, and with three different routers.

Someone else at work had RDM+ and it worked pretty well - back four years ago. But he too would get randomly disconnected.... was just easier to use our company issued laptops.

video streaming would be better with kalemsoft or playon.
