    currently i can increase/decrease print and images with the touch of a finger, I want to stop. How do I accomplish this? HELP

    Are you referring to the Magnify mode?
    Settings > Accessibility > Magnify Mode (toggle it off)

    Or, tap the screen quickly with 2 fingers at the same time. This turns it off temporarily.
