Hey there,

my wife has BB Q10 with 10.3.1.634 and there are few bugs while using (as everybody knows) but the worst of them are low volume level of ringtones and music, has no built gallery and music player app, she can't set time at alarm and can't change ringtone profiles... I think it is leaked version, but I am not sure, so I am thinking about upgrade, but don't know which version should I use (because of bugs)

Can you help me please?

Latest 10.3.3 as long as you do a fresh install.

That right there is all we need to know. 634 was a developer OS, and was never intended to be a daily use OS. It is purposely crippled with many basic apps missing. Because it's only for app developers to test their own apps on.

Also, you kind of have to go way out of your way to find it and autoload it. No device would come with a developer OS pre-installed.

You can search for the Thurask OS archive, and find 10.3.3.2205. It's best to run a clean install with an autoloader.

2205 had been running fine on my Z10.

Thanks mate.. but i am afraid of installing anything above 10.3 due anti-theft and forbiden downgrade to lower versions... on old q10 device I installed the newest version of BBOS and all sensors stoped working, even they couldn't been found on that device... and of course, downgrade is not a possibility any more... we had to change a device..

So really dont know, which one is the best for q10

Best and safe version for now is 10.3.2xxx. I dont remember exactly the version number, but u will find it in thursak's 10.3.2 folder. The os with the highest number. Try it!

Very useful but I have 2474 but my Q10 is showing me 2836 as new software update. Hope is good if I upgrade to that.
