Hola tengo un problema quise montarle os limpio ami blackberry z10 STL100-1 por que estaba muy lento y cuando me llama no podía contestar las llamadas bueno hago como siempre tengo el (((SIC Multiwipe n Load 1.0 BB10 Only))) me queda en bombillo roja parpadeando como siempre es, y así quita todo el sistema operativo desde raíz luego voy abro blackberry link para que así monte el nuevo sistema operativo abro blackberry link me voy ala pestaña preferencias, luego recargar de software, y recargar software espero se queda el bombillo en verde fijo para preparar el blackberry para la cargar del sistema nuevo pero me indica lo siguiente subo foto para que me pueda ayuda en mi problema por favor se los agradezco.

Nota:
ya trate de cargar con un Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997 pero cargar solo 1 ves y luego se cierra el Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997 de nuevo y no hace la cargar claro queda en bombillo verde fijo para cargar del nuevo sistema pero nada, siempre me funciono arreglarlo con blackberry link como indique anterior mente.
