[CrackBerry Question]

Last week my phone turned it off. I tried to put my PIN code but I was wrong... I followed the steps concerning this topic in the BB website to reset the parameters and turn on my phone, so I entered a wrong code 10 times.... I had a message to inform that all my data has been erased. And then, nothing... Impossible to turn on the device, any mail to change the password on my gmail account, any PUK code to add anywhere. Nothing at all. Only a blinking light is lightening while it is in charge.
I don't know what can I do? can you help me, please? Sorry for my English... Aldana from France

What phone are you talking about?

Sounds like you'll need to reload the OS, as well as reset you account password.

Your Google Account can be accessed via the web... look for Android Device Manager.

If you can access the boot room menue, you should be able to do a factory reset... if not you'll have to try and reload the OS

I downloaded the OS links but now I am trying to reboot the phone pressing the power and volume down buttoms as explained on the tutorial but nothing happens. Neither only pressing the volume down button.

What can I do to turn on the phone?
