    I have cleared data from my BB8330 Curve via "Wipe Handheld". However, this does not remove my cell phone number. How can I remove my cell phone number before donating to charity?

    If you cant delete it, does it have an option for editing it? My phones always lost the "MY NUMBER" contact after i removed the sim card

    I tried changing the number via "My Number" but didn't hold changed. The SIM card is long gone, 3 phones ago.

    I think a new sim card will clear the old data.

    Thanks for the tip. Can I take the SIM card from my iPhone, put in the BB to reset it, then put it back it the iPhone without resetting the iPhone?
