Wifi calling sucks for me. Is there a way to disable it in the system settings? I downloaded the tmobile app to turn it off, but the icon still appears. Where in the system settings can I turn off wifi calling?

I*am not on Tmobile so I can't comment there but I thought there was an option under the phone settings when I had my passport?

In the T-Mo app there is an option to turn WFC off. What OS are you running?

If you enable Show My Number you may have less problems with Wi-Fi Calling on T-Mobile using 10.3.3.

Wish T-Mobile would deliver OTA 10.3.3 on all their branded phones including Z10 and allow downloading their Wi-Fi Calling app to unlocked devices from BlackBerry World.

Download the WiFi calling app. That gives you the option to select whether WiFi calling or cellular calling is preferred.

Thanks for the link. I stopped using WiFi because it was causing issues with my txt messages and I could not find a way to turn off WiFi calling. This was a quick and easy fix. Based on the app reviews, it looks like a lot of people downloaded this app simply to be able to turn it off.

This worked perfectly. My Wi-Fi calling was causing severe problems with texting and this app solved it by allowing me to turn it off,

Just bought a pair of Z30s and got the automatic update to release 10.3.3.1463 and since this OS allows wifi-calling, installed the wifi-calling app. Now, I need wifi-calling as I get no signal at home. What I discovered on both phones (and a Classic) wifi-calling is totally stable after UNINSTALLING the wifi-calling app. FWIW
