    Hi my spare P'9982 iis simply refusing to turn on. It lights up the LED red as if it's turning on then goes off.

    Screen remains black.

    I have successfully reloaded the device software, purchased a new battery and it is running 10.3.2

    Any help is appreciated

    Maybe the screen faulty? Try connect the phone to TV using hdmi ?

    Just ordered a cable.

    Plugged the P'9982 into my tv with the HDMI cable. No signal at all. Autoloaded the OS onto it and still the same.

    Won't connect to link it just flashes red and goes off

    I had the same problem, with my P9982, after auto loading the update. 10.3.3. Phone just died. Red light blinked twice then off. Luckily it was still under warranty and it was replaced. Even BB where unable to turn it back on!
