As anyone else noticed a tile open on the main screen after pressing the convenience key.

It doesn't do anything if you attempt to open it.

What do you have your convenience key set to? I have mine to flashlight and nothing comes up in the recent apps when I use it.

Had that happen when convenience key is set to bring up 2 or more apps, set to a single app and it doesn't appear.

Also getting lots of duplicate contacts, I delete and they reappear

Nothing of the kind here. Where are your contacts backed up?

I get duplicate contacts in phone book, but not in my contacts folder. Strange!!!
