    If I do a security swipe on my Z10, will it go back to BlackBerry 10.2 ?

    Negative. It will only remove third party apps and personal data. Even a full wipe wouldn't help. Security built in won't allow it.

    Nope, when you upgraded you erased 10.2. It won’t magically come back

    Probably but with the glitches present that updates are supposed to fix.

    But 10.2.X was superseded by 10.3.X more than 3 years ago. 3 1/2 if you include the beta.
