I have a PlayBook with OS 2.1. USB is not working and use wi-fi conection to share files with my PC -Windows 7. When I try to copy videos to the PC it is going too slowly and it brake in the middle.
When I try to use the Help on the PlayBook, there is a msg that the device is offline but it is connect.

Try another usb port on your pc, it will reinstall the drivers for the Playbook. It should show up as "Z" drive.
Also, make sure your cable is good, not a charging cable, a data cable.

I always had issues with the Wi-Fi file sharing.... but I was usually trying to move large video files. Did find a File Manager app that had network capabilities that worked pretty good with smaller files. But I removed it (got the USB fixed) and can't think of the name..... might try a search.

USB is the way to go.... if it's not broken. Had both PlayBooks USB ports replaced under warranty, but I suspect there more than a few PlayBooks with bad USB ports out there.

Maybe Dukto. Works good still but is really slow for moving large video files.

Dukto is no longer in BlackBerry World, not that I can find at least.
