Hi guys,

we are currently looking into developing a BB10 app of whispersystems signal app - since it is open source we would make it a github project where everyone could contribute. My question now is if there are any devs interested in joining us on this project?

Are there plans for a Windows Phone version? BlackBerry version? Ubuntu Phone version? ? Support

Infact, I suppose and I doubt that removing Google service from BlackBerry devices is privacy related.

Something that today BlackBerry has nearly fully lost.

I never use chrome or Google browser except encrypted.google.com on some cases
using Epic browser makes you actually discover how this company spy on you and your privacy and selling your data to advisers just when you do a little browsing

This is far more then " helping discover the world wide Web" just like Sir Tim Burn did.
Shame on BlackBerry and latest devices like Priv

Is anyone still interested in an a Signal app for BB10? I'm using a Priv simply for Signal, but I would love to be able to use it on BB10, especially now that WhatsApp will be out. And Signal is much better anyway.

So I reckon this is dead? :-( Signal is the ONLY and I do mean ONLY reason I am forced to use the lousy android OS. And there is nothing quite like Signal on the BB10 platform...

I don't know anything beyond the fact it exists so you may be more knowledgeable on that actually.
