I have a bb 9720 on v7.1.0.1046. I use it to download movies and tv shows and my phone started freezing when I download anything and it fails. In the eventlogviewer there is a net.rim.browser error. download: SavingDownloadJob#run out catch net.rim.device.api.io.file.FileIOException: File system error (6). I tried formatting my phone and memory card and that didn't fix it. What can I do. I can't reload the os I don't have a pc

Without a computer.. nothing. Go buy a dirt cheap Android device and use that to download instead? Probably the easiest thing unless you have a friend who will let you use their computer.

I don't have any friends or money. Also the arrow on the top right goes away and the download freezes but I can still use my phone but after a minute the phone freezes until it says error or I pull my sd card out.
