    Hi people,

    I'm new/old BlackBerry user and I'm new here. I have one problem, so please help me. I recently purchase new unlocked BlackBerry Q5 in Croatia. So i recieve SQR100-1 (Canada, Saudi Arabia version), supported LTE freq 2, 4,5 and my carrier T-Mobile Croatia using LTE freq 3 and 20. Is it possible to change that anyway?? Thnaks in advance. Ps my OS version is 10.3.2.2836

    You can't change the bands. You'll need to return it for one that works for your carrier. There's a list here.
