Z30 was a great phone, seriously. Probably my 2nd fave BB10 after the Passport. Many still think it's a crying shame BlackBerry couldn't have launched it as the first of the BB10s.

I have a dtek60 but the z30 was my favourite BlackBerry device. Great call quality, loud speakers, battery life and screen with a powerful software

Z30 remains my daily driver. Best device ever for my needs. Will keep the phone until a new slab comes along that offers the same or better functionality.

Same here. Never used a PKB but would like to be able to use a few apps no longer supported in BBW. Looking at the KEYone but will wait to see what other devices TCL comes out with this year.

(if you are not interested wechat or whatsapp, or use it for bank payment, or school assignment, etc. no problem. still use bb travel, poynt, bloomberg, appy geek, google news, etc. just like my playbook, great for movie or YouTube and book reader...easy to hook up with TV if you pair them up...

I just bought a new Z30 and then my wife wanted one. I offered her my Dtek50. She tried it out then told me to stick it up my ***. She wants a BBerry 10 or will go back to semaphore . At about $140.00 USD or less, an amazing bargain.

It's not "still have" for me. I just purchased my Z30 three months ago and placed my four year old Z10 in the desk drawer. No "upgrade " to Android / Google / KEYone for me. The Z30 does everything I require - phone, messaging, pictures, file management and yes, even banking.

Z30 was awesome in almost every way. Battery life, build quality, speakers ,great performance for BB10. But the screen is pretty bad quality and very dim. That's the only downside.

not all the oled (color) are made the same. current oled got much longer life than 3 or 4 years ago. https://www.oled-info.com/lifetime you can bring up display brightness a bit at setting. the down side might be battery life... if you haven't play with the setting yet. (if you use z30 a lot, it about time you get a new screen if you wish).

My wife is devastated. She was golfing last week and got caught in a rain storm. Her Z30 was in her bag, but still got wet. She got that bberror 0020 and a dead battery symbol. I took it to a shop and a new battery wouldn't fix it. She is using my backup Passport SE, but she misses her Z30. Great phone.

Awesome! I had my Z30 when it was first released on VZW in Nov 2013 and used it until exactly a year ago, when I switched over to the Priv. However, I still miss my Z30 with the BB10 OS being more fluid and smoother. Something, the Android OS isn't. However, I do appreciate Blackberry's first Android device and its larger selection of apps. My mom still uses the Z30 as her daily driver. Although, I already purchased the DTEK50 as her replacement, some part of me is resisting to have her swap it. The only thing that BB10 has against it would be the discontinuation of Whatsapp on 6/30. I am hopeful that maybe Whatsapp will have a change of heart at the last minute.

Still enjoying my Z30 since 2014 I won't change even if no whatsapp support. No android or IOS for me. I have no issues and it works as day 1. I like the fact that I can plug in a USB hub with three memory sticks along with my wireless mouse and connect to my TV via hdmi and watch videos. Too awesome still to change.

Bought my Z30 in late 2014. Still use it everyday for personal stuff. Had to use BlackBerry 's Location service to find it the other day when I lost it on golf course. Found it exactly where it said it was (hiding in rough grass).

Z30 is a great smartphone (for being +3yrs old) and only one with both MiniUSB & MiniHDMI ports. Absolutely no issues with OS10. All apps work great (though some new ones are a wee bit slow).

I can't believe I won a Z30 for $20 + shipping on Ebay. (Albeit with a faulty SIM card slot.) Have no intention of using it as a phone; can see using it as a mini-tablet/phablet to watch Netflix or stream from other sites. Already have a Q10, OG Passport, and PlayBook (which the Z30 may replace over time), so completely unnecessary, but for the bidding price I wanted to give it a shot. I look forward to trying it out.

Next, will wait for the P9983s to come down in price.

I still use BlackBerry Z30 as a daily driver. I bought an iphone SE... didnt like the size and then I returned it.
Then I bought the nexus 6p. I didn't like it so I sold it. Then I heard whatsapp is extending support for BB10 until December and I picked up my Z30.

    Never looked back.

I am going to a big city for my higher studies. India's big cities have Uber and Ola unlike the town I live in. I dont know what I can do about ola and uber on BlackBerry if anyone can help me out I would be grateful since I will need a cab to travel across the city and Ubers and Olas and really cheap.
