    Um, no need to be rude. Notice the person who responded is a moderator. You know there would be people who would attempt a fix on their own if something like that should happen. And it's his job to ensure that we are properly advised to what should be done if something should happen.

    The issue isn't whether anyone can take a joke, the issue is whether any of us can comment in here without being a jerk to someone else...

    yeah thats really rude i can only imagine the hurt it caused ive been an emotional wreck after noticing how many people i wrongly hurt.

    Uh, they have a little to do with it. Their logo is on the back of the phone. If they are lending their software and name to a company to put out devices then I'd think they'd want some type of involvement in regards to design issues. Or do they only get credit if the device sells well. When I purchased mine off of Amazon it said "BlackBerry KEYone," not "TCL KEYone."

    I could be wrong here. But there has been final design pictures of the k1 floating around CB going back to June 2016. Which tells me Blackberry has been working on its blueprint for close to a year or more before handing the contract over to TCL in December of 2016 as a business decision.

    Blackberry's name is on the device so is the design. Either TCL cannot build anything close to complex device aside of simple slabs or BlackBerry's design and configuration given to TCL sucked or incomplete.
