    first i tried to security wipe for my blackberry q5 but it stopped at 96%
    so i used SIC Multiwipe V1.3_With Choices.exe
    then i tried all these autoloader
    Autoload-SQR-100-2-10.3.1.634.exe
    Autoload-SQR100-2-10.3.2.159.exe
    Autoload-SQR-100-3-10.3.1.634.exe
    all not working ,also i tried to reload it by blackberry link but not working
    any help please

    Not working.... doesn't tell us all that much.

    Do any lights come on? Does the phone start or finish booting?
    What happens when you use an Autoloader?

    lights are green through booting after finish it turn to red.nothing happens after completing these steps
