    yeah I keep hearing different things too, so I figured if we started a thread about the time we might be able to get a better estimate of what kind of damage we are looking at...I wish we could burn the building down

    Now how would that solve anything?

    Let's be mature here. It's an outage. It sucks. It will be over and just a memory soon enough.

    LOL - Isn't that the way it always works? Whenever we have an email problem at work, my first instinct is to send an email to everyone explaining the outage!

    Of course they'll say that. But for every hour of downtime, it takes 3 to get through the backlog.

    I just don't understand why they cannot post something about there even being a service outage on their website, and maybe have an ETA message come up when they start to have an idea what the problem is. The TOTAL lack of communication is frustrating to those that pay a lot of money to actually use this thing.

    If recent performance is any indication it will be back up soon but crash again within 5 days.

    talking with AT&T now. The rep didn't even know that there was an outage! But, after researching the matter, as it is a system wide outage, he gave me a $25 courtesy credit.

    Relax guys...once its fixed itll be fixed...If you were the one that had to fix the problem would you be able to do it in 5 minutes? Probably not....

    Think about it...Device sales up = network slows down = time to expand and make it better for....wait for it....THE CONSUMERS!!!
