    Android has a great qwerty device on verizon right now it mimicked the blackberry keyboard almost exactly. No one really talks about it anymore but it's still out there. I belive it's on sprint as well.

    I usually resolve any data issues by toggling the mobile network off and then back on, or data services off or on.

    Try a battery pull, I had to if the toggle didn't work, or try toggling the mobile network off/on, or 2G and 3G/4G.

    BBM's getting sent, but no delivery or read reciept... They taking about an hour to deliver each BBM

    Seems like some kind of failure affecting Southern Africa and parts of Europe, I was told by my network Vodacom. So far 2 of the 4 networks in South Africa are experiencing degraded (virtually no) BIS and BES.
    Was told engineers upstream (thus at BB side) are investigating and doing some magic to try and get things back.
    So far, i could not pick up anything official........

    same is in India at AirTel network. No updates for Socialscope, mails etc. it is very erratic sometimes it is there and sometimes not.

    Had a similar problem last night, June, 30, 2012. I wasn't receiving e-mails and when I tried to go to e-mail set up to re-send service books, I was unable to do so. An error message appeared stating that there was an error with the application. Today, everything was fine. So, I hope it was just a blackberry issue and nothing with my phone.

    Try going into the servicebooks (OS 4/5, Options > Advanced Settings > Service books) and deleting Blackberry Internet Service 2. Then do a battery pull and or toggle the device into sleep mode (press and hold end key), then return it from sleep mode.

    It should then work. I had issues all day yesterday and this, imfamously, was the issue.

    I guess your solution only works when I'm on my own carrier on 3G?

    All my service books are marked ''green'', bur no BIS over WIFI. I do not have roaming on BB services switched on, but normally BIS over WIFI works nicely.
    I'm traveling at the moment, and so I can only be on WIFI. Services went down approx wednesday evening. Since than no e-mails will be sent from and to my BB.
    Anyone an idea?
