    Multiple users not receiving BBMs or email on BIS or BES. Web browsing is fine. Happened shortly after noon Mountain Time. All users are in the Mountain Time Zone. I'm on VZ

    That coincides with my observed time in the mountain time zone as we are 2 hours apart. I have a fellow user that says this outage happened the last time a new version of the iPhone came out. Let the conspiracy theories begin!

    BBM works intermittantly in the south Puget Sound area of Washington. I'm on Big Red and some messages go through and some don't. Others do make it through the system but arrive hours after they're sent. Been going on for several days now.

    The issue started around 12:30 central time here in Oklahoma. We are still experiencing degraded service on multiple devices. Our web traffic is controlled by IT policy such that all traffic has to be routed through the BES to access any internet sites. No WAP/INTERNET/Media.net services are allowed when using the browser.

    A BBM user in Spokane, WA was able to receive and send BBMs. That was earlier today around 10 am pacific time. Haven't heard anything since so it may be out in eastern WA too.

    One user in Utah is able to receive email on her playbook but not on her 9650. We are on Office 365 with blackberry cloud services. I'm guessing it has to do with the phone using BES while the playbook is going through activesync.

    I think you are correct on that, becuase our environment is configured to support WIFI routing via an VPN tunnel, so the only users that are affected our the ones that have no WIFI to connect too. I tell you what since we put in the WIFI router configuration 3 or so years ago, it has paid for itself with the last few service outages. Our critical Healthcare users (nurses & docs) are able to continue there work without any interruptions..

    It's also happening in Canada on Rogers Network in EST.

    Email delays in Northern California, both Exchange (BES) and yahoo/gmail (BIS). Browser and Whatsapp are fine, BBM seems delayed/down as well. Had problems since this morning, noticed Beweather wasn't updating. Verizon 9930.
