    ok, i am getting really frustrated. it is now 5:20 a.m. here in colorado and i haven't gotten any emails since yesterday morning at 6 a.m. that's almost 24 hours!!!

    i haven't resent my service books or anything like that. should i even bother???

    Yes, try re-sending your service books. Registering Host Routing Table and a device reset.

    If that doesn't work, log into BIS and make sure your email account is validated.

    In Pittsburgh started to come in at 12:30 AM and got a flood around 2:30 AM.

    I second that. Sending service books seems to be doing the trick for most people that are still without emails.

    ok, i did a battery pull. nothing.

    i registered the host routing table. nada.

    checked with BIS and my email accounts are all still there. ugh!!!

    this is getting very frustrating.

    am i the only one that is still not receiving emails?

    Did you re-send the service books? That's the key for many people (including me). Go into email setup (where you created the email accounts) and for each email address, do Menu and then Service Books.

    EDIT: never mind, i went into my BIS account and resent my service books. i guess we'll see what happens.

    You need to click on "help" on the left side. You will then see the "send service books" button.

    ARRRGGGGGGGGG.....its like groundhog day. I was down yesterday with everyone else, then recieved messages from 2:30 to 6 pm yesterday afternoon and have recieved nothing since. HELP!

    Nashville, TN. No emails up until 9:00 pm last night. So, I just turned it off. When I turned it on this morning everything was working fine.

    I wouldn't worry about sending books. The BIS is the problem. I received ALL my missed emails a couple of hours ago. I had data all day yesterday,just no email . When I did get an email it was 5-6 hours later.
