If the visa is the actual size of a credit card then that is genius and I'll definitely buy one! Sometimes I don't feel like carrying my BlackBerry passport but would definitely carry that!

Thats my thought too, I don't always need that big screen, and having the ability to use any other device (via Blend), it can stay in my pocket or wrist (wink). For example, when I'm at work I have my laptop with me wherever I go (meetings, lab...etc), and if I get a text from my wife I can respond using Blend from my Laptop, no need to pull out my device, log in, and navigate to the text...I feel Blend is what makes it genius.

Sorry but I just compared the size of my Visa to my Z30 and it is way to small. Nobody is going to make a phone that small in this day and age

Maybe it's not just a phone, maybe it's a wearable device, but with all the features of a Smartphone, and with Blend, don't forget about Blend.

Your trying to tell me that this photo is a leaked image of the Visa or Rio?
    It isnt...
Dream on just some render put together most likely based on what we know about the Visa already.

OP, i think you are a genious, your idea more than likely has some merit. how about we throw in the idea that this credit card sized machine is also a slider type??? and voila. imagine a credit card sized screen with a slide out keyboard, an we have us a winner.
    my 2 cents

This photo is suspicious because I've seen it somewhere but just can't remember. This isn't a fake it's just I've seen it before.

I posted thatpicture. It was much bigger through, someone has cropped it. It got it from a BBM channel.

Originally it was very very dark, but spent 2 minutes booting the brightness and it came out like that. I could get a much clearer version but there is no need to since it doesn't seem like it's a "official concept"

How about a small device...possibly wearable that is the heart of the system. it them mirrors itself to whichever phone you carry. You could change phones like you do watches, belts or shoes as the main device just synch with whatever piece of hardware you feel like carrying that day.

An Smartwatch-like wearable with the main hardware and the 'phone' you're using is just a screen, microphones, speakers and wireless tech to connect with the hardware?
    Would be an interesting concept

I got a feeling that Rio will be a Z3/Z10 replacement. A nice dual-core 1080p screen with 2.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. 5.2-5.5 inch screen. Built by Foxconn of course.

according to Lucas N4BB (in his Twitter acc), the Rio is supposed to be high end, I dont think it's just low to mid end device

I don't understand. The device pictured looks like that new Slider patent drawing. One row of keys showing.

Not sure how it would be practical for typing.

Edit: another poster said the same thing. Would it not just be better to move the screen up and place a Passport style keyboard on the bottom? Frankly, I would rather see a 4 inch Passport mini.
