    •Cafe / Cappuccino
These have been mentioned on this site too, seems to be a low-end model.

Practical in what sense of the term, the step up to s600 would more than give them a cpu boost, that is already seemingly unnecessary for anything other than marketing purposes judging by the performance of the existing devices.
You're focusing on devices as we currently use them. You don't know what hardware requirements will be necessary in the future. This is where future proofing comes into play. The HTC One shipped with the s600 back in March. If BlackBerry releases a 2014 device with the s600 it will literally be sporting year old specs. The s800 uses a different GPU than the s600 and the s4 that is going to be in the z30. It's the only practical move. Not to mention The blatant clue Blaize mentioned in the second post

From my limited understanding of the matter there will be two sets of devices both with a full touch screen model and a qwerty model. The first set know as the cafe series will be launched first, likely in the first quarter of next year and have a 1.2 gig duel core processor. The second set know as O and W series will have a 2.3 gig Quad core CPU and likely launch in Q2 of next year.

Ontario and Windermere are the same devices with different radios, all based off the same reference design: Tigris. Not sure why people call them O and W series...

Windermere is a gucci area in the muskoka's north of toronto in cottage country it wouldn't surprise me if a few of the top end of BlackBerry have cottages there

    Easy.

    Windermere - Passport, coming soon
Ontario - Full touch, in limbo
Tigris/Euphrates - Internal dev platforms for the above two
