Ya, I do feel "forced." I only buy a phone every two years, so I do look at my needs/wants; budget doesn't factor into it because they all cost the same on contract.

I want a BIG screen so I can read on it better, not because it is the "newest feature." I want fast internet browsing too, not exactly too much to ask.

I live in an LTE city, so yes, I will have 4G service, and with the promise of even more in 2012, I want my two year purchase to be 4G capable.

"RIM did listen?" The 2011 line may be their best ever, but they still cost the same as other phones that have more features AND RIM's will be coming out months later; the Monaco is slated for Sept and it still isn't LTE! No, I do feel forced out by RIM; maybe in the future I'll come back, but in June when I look at all the phones out there, what RIM full-touchscreen can I buy? NONE, so I should wait until September to buy a RIM touchscreen that isn't even LTE and has a smaller screen?
