I don't think BB10 is secure as everyone thinks in basic form without BES. I believe many people have a false sense of security with BB10.

    Half right

While communications are the same security straight out of the box.

Viruses and malware typically has to coded to the platform they are attacking, so being unpopular actually helps BlackBerry in this regard. Again, that is on a phone straight from the box no extra security added.

I think many people also have a false sense of how secure iOS or even Android can be made with a properly manged EMM. Many of the "risks" are mitigated when IT prevents downloading of random apps and makes rooted or jailbroken devices unable to connect to their network.

As secure as BB10... no. But more functional than an ecosystemless OS.....

Exactly. If you read the articles about Android exploits or ransomware, most of them require installing apps from 3rd party stores. There was even a statistic that said that while 90% of malware was on Android, only 1% was from Google Play. I personally don't know 1 person who was hacked on ANY OS.

I think the Passport and Classic have shown lots of interest in BB10 for bb not to be dead. It's the best OS of all. Wait until the next all BB10 phones.

    BB 10's not dead.

You don't make money off of interest, and after a year with the Passport and nine months with the Classic.... sales don't really show that there is all that much interest.

What next all BB10 phones are you waiting for?
