    well the slider isnt out yet... so the storm is still the only touchscreen phone that has been released into production....

    The slider though, in addition to the touchscreen, has a slide out keyboard that will be the new flagship of the RIM devices, hence the bold title.

    It's also my understanding that the slider will be strictly "touchscreen" and not be using the "surepress" technology, thus it will become RIM's first and only real touchscreen.

    I would have rather RIM named this device Bold then that lackluster 9650. At least this is somewhat of a Bold move on from their average devices
