16 different ones does not mean 16 completely new devices

Most likely that a single device on two carriers is counted as two devices in the 16. Like the 8530 and 8520 would be considered two devices even though they are the same phone. Only difference is CDMA vs GSM.

So that means I should hang on as best I can to my old azz 8320 until these new devices drop. I sure can use another BB since this 8320 is starting to tick me off with the memory leak. My contract is up on 09/2010 so there should be a few BBs out there so I can choose.

I'd prefer if RIM would focus on the OS and a much better browser instead of dropping so many devices. With all these devices rumored to come out, I'm looking forward to 2010. I might just get a 9700 in a month or so at retail price if my 8320 continues to tick me off.

I honestly find it highly unlikely they will send out 16 new devices, no matter if they are cdma and gsm versions, highly. Where is the proof backing this claim

This forum is for Rumored Blackberrys. So there doesn't need to be proof.

I dont know..I think that would be waaay to many to release....you need to let them settle in a bit.

Think about it....hype up a few a year instead of 16 and you'll probably see more people excited about it....instead of saying....oh its just another blackberry...

I totally agree 100% with you on this subject, this doesnt seem plausible or would it be strategically smart in anyway for RIM to release 16 devices in 1 year.

Well how many devices did we have released in 2009?

    Pearl Flip
    Tour
    Bold 9700
    Storm 2
    Curve 8520

I'm fairly sure there won't be 16 individual devices. I think that there will probably be another 5-6 and then variations between CDMA and GSM count as a different device as some people have been saying

Don't worry man this is a bogus post, 16 new devices in 1 yeat isn't going to happen.
