    ...at least for me! I have always bought apps from BB World through carrier billing without problems. The last few days - after the password and verification, I get a red message that says it is unavailable and to choose from the 2 options below - Paypal or Credit Card. Is anyone else experiencing this, or should I be calling Rogers, BB or what? Thanks for any info.

    I did have a past-due balance owing and I thought they might have blocked it, but that has since been paid and it's still the same...

    I wonder if being on 10.2.0.1443 has anything to do with it.

    It's been over a month and two tickets have been opened. Haven't heard from them and BlackBerry support said it's definitely a Rogers issue. I will harass them tomorrow!

    Well, Rogers owns Fido and they both use the same network and they work together oon a lot of things. Perhaps this is one issue that propagated across both companies.

    I'm trying to purchase an app through App World and my Passport is telling me thatcarrier billing isn't anabled. I called CS and the operator says there is nothing blocking my account. She transfers me to tech support and the techie says Rogers doesn't support carrier billing, even though the Blackberry website states it does.

    Can anyone fill me in on what the real deal is?

    My last post on this was Oct 2013 - and I never did get it resolved. Somewhere along the line, I noticed that it was working again - most recently when I set up my new BB Passport in November. I made a couple of purchases. After reading the above, I decided to check for the hell of it - and can confirm that it is not working AGAIN!

    Update: A moderator in the BB Community forums suggested something so simple it's almost stupid - but seems to work! He suggested turning off the wifi - as you have to do when you use the Rogers My Account App. I can't think of anything to purchase right now, but it took me right to the verify screen without showing the offending red message saying carrier billing is unavailable.

    I have AT&T and I have this issue as well started with 10.3.1.2072, I'm sure it's a leak issue cause I'm hearing this is only happening to those using leaked OS's
