    My 2 year contract ended in Feb. 2016 and I guess sometime after that "Call Manager" was somehow added to my "Month to Month" bill. I noticed it after logging into My Rogers via desktop. The odd thing is my paper bill I still like to get says I was not paying for it but on the net it said I was!

    They were good enough to remove it and had no problems whatsoever, and they said I was indeed paying for this.

    Anyway it always pays to double check what is included in your bills occasionally.

    If you want to pursue this i.e. get your money back, ask them to show them your consent for this add-on.
